What is a Maintenance Agreement?

A Maintenance Agreement is an agreement between you and Elrod & Sons, Inc. This agreement allows Elrod & Sons, Inc. to perform, as needed, monthly services on your phone and computer systems.

What Types of Maintenance Agreements Can I Get?

Elrod & Sons, Inc. offers three different packages that can be customized specifically to fit your needs. These packages do not include materials and are on a per site basis. You also need to have a Survey of your site completed before an agreement can be signed. The three packages we offer are as follows and are on a monthly basis with 12 and 24 month contracts available:

Additional Services

The following additional services are available (at an added monthly cost):

Virus Scans and Updates	$105.00 per month for up to 5 computers (includes disk defragmenting, testing of internet speed, and checking of systems for unauthorized or security compromising software)
Preventive Maintenance	$52.50 per month (includes checking of hubs, servers, and switches for proper operation)
Software Upgrades	$105.00 per month for up to 5 computers (includes software removal and installation; and hardware upgrades and removal)
Premium Package Additions	Monthly Cost

Software Upgrades	$100.00 per month for up to 5 computers (includes software removal and installation; and hardware upgrades and removal)
